1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PopcornStack, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PopcornStack is a personal entertainment tracker that allows you to manage a watchlist of movies, TV shows, and anime, track episode progress, write reviews, and receive notifications about upcoming releases.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use PopcornStack. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create (reviews, ratings, notes). By submitting content, you grant us a license to store and display it as part of the service. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. In-App Purchases

Certain features (such as the Upcoming view) require a one-time purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

6. Content Sources

Movie and TV show data is provided by TMDB (The Movie Database). Anime data is sourced via the Jikan API (MyAnimeList). PopcornStack is not endorsed or certified by TMDB, MyAnimeList, or any content provider. Content availability and accuracy depend on these third-party sources.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time through the app's profile settings.

9. Disclaimer

PopcornStack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content information will be accurate or complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PopcornStack and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
